Real-time strategy (RTS) games are video games in which players control numerous units and structures on a map. In a typical RTS, players gather resources (like lumber, food, and gold) and spend those resources on base-building, technological development, and the creation of characters (e.g. soldiers, miners, farmers, lumberjacks). Often, these games revolve around the development of civilizations (real or fictional) over time and have those civilizations fight each other in a singleplayer or multiplayer setting.

In Multiplayer online arena (MOBA) games, each player controls a character on a map. Each character has a unique personality, a unique set of skills and abilities, and customizable strategic and cosmetic attributes. Games are played between two teams of multiple players, who each control their individual character to fight enemy characters and destroy enemy objectives. MOBA games are highly competitive, and players can queue up for games either individually (where they are matched with other team members) or with a premade team.

There are 2 prominent types of sports league models: 

Model A punishes the worst performing Teams by relegating them to a lower league e.g. Premier League, La Liga.

Model B rewards the worst performing teams by offering them the first few opportunities to select new players in annual drafts. e.g. NBA, NFL, MLB etc.

The arm of government assigned the role of making laws is the legislature. However, the judiciary through judges sometimes makes laws through the decisions they give in cases, usually in instances where there are gaps in existing legislation

Licensing dictates how software can be used, modified, and distributed. Two primary types of software licensing are proprietary and open source. These licensing models have distinct philosophies, legal frameworks, and implications for users and developers. Proprietary software is distributed under a license that restricts access to its source code and imposes limitations on its use, modification, and distribution. The core idea is to protect the intellectual property of the developers or the company. Microsoft Windows, Netflix and Apple IOS are key examples of products that use proprietary license. Open source software is distributed with a license that allows anyone to view, modify, and distribute the source code as specified by the initial license and  creator. This model promotes transparency, collaboration, and community-driven development. Tabbycat, VLC media player and WordPress are licensed under open source. Some tech products also operate a hybrid system where some components are proprietary and others are open sourced. Android OS runs this model and in recent years X ( formerly twitter) made some parts of their code open source allowing for contributions and recommendations. X doesn't allow redistribution of its code however.
