The WUDC Constitution mandates a restriction on speaking at WUDC. A debater may only speak at 4 editions of the tournament.

A favourite is someone who is widely considered to win or succeed. An underdog is

someone who is viewed to be in a position of disadvantage, and is expected to lose.

been an increase in terrorist activity in the region. A special military task force recently

came in and conducted a raid where they assassinated a terrorist leader, who until then

had proved elusive and was responsible for many crimes in the region. In the aftermath of

the raid, they discover that among the casualties are children. You have received advice

from the local government that in exclusive coverage of the incident - to omit the fact

that children were among the casualties.

Leave it to God in Ghana is a narrative whereby in situations that seem hopeless or difficult to handle, Ghanaians turn to whichever religious deity they believe in and wait on the deity to fix the problem instead of attempting to solve the problem or taking action.

Mythological religions are polytheistic religions with multiple mythical deities (e.g. Nordic, Greek, Roman, and Egyptian pantheons). Religious canon typically presents these deities as having differing, human-like personalities and characteristics. By contrast, Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity and Islam) feature a single deity, described as all-encompassing, abstract and dehumanised relative to typical human characteristics.
