The PapalMax device owned by the Catholic Church is a deviced that keeps a count of your good deeds and bad deeds as determined by the Church's dogma and doctrine. A number of good deeds will add one point and a bad deed gives minus points. When ones points reaches 100 points one can exchange it for a miracle depending on the number of points you have.  However if your points reach a negative level you would face a curse. The number of points accumulated either above 100 or below zero will determine the extent of miracle or curse that you may exchange for or face.  The Church allows everybody to be able to use the device.
