The Unforgivable Curses refer to three curses so named because the use of one will land a wizard a straight ticket to the Prison of Azkaban regardless of why one uses it.The curses are the Imperius curse (which grants the user absolute control over another), the Cruciatus Curse(which makes the target suffer the most excruciating pain) and the Killing Curse(which automatically kills the target). None of these curses can be deflected unless one casts the same Curse. It has been used severally by Death Eaters(supporters of the Dark Lord Voldermort)

The Alliance of Sahel States ("AES") is a confederation formed between Mali, Niger, and Burkina Faso, which originated as a mutual defense pact created following the 2023 Nigerien crisis, in which the West African political bloc ECOWAS threatened to intervene militarily to restore civilian rule after a coup in Niger earlier that year. All three member states have since seceded from ECOWAS and are currently under the control of juntas following a string of successful coups. The AES would also mean a pull away from the French backed West African Franc.

For the purposes of this debate, 'fiscal central banking' refers to an economic system that grants central banks the mandate to control circulation of money in the economy through fiscal policy in addition to monetary policy. Under this system central banks can define limitations for the size of the budget, but not its distribution. i.e. they can decide rates for various taxes and limit or increase overall government spending, but can't decide what the money is spent on.
